Humans always try to dissect what the true meaning of life for everyone is, but the true meaning of life varies from person to person.. According to google, “the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death.” This may hold truth for some of you but doesn’t mean this definition of life is universal and relatable to other people. Some people view life as a game where you have to play it and fight the final boss to see the ending. While some people hold life as simple as enjoying the various cuisines that the world has to offer.
I used to think that life was not precious enough that I have to think about it. I felt that thinking about how my life will go would not really matter because I would just disappear after a few years. A couple of years ago I considered my life as worthless since I did not have a goal I wanted to achieve and strive for, and also I did not have anyone precious to me to keep me going. I felt that life was wasted on me and that I wish I could just give my life to the next person because I felt that they could do something more useful with my life. But I stopped thinking that when I went to America.
When I went abroad it changed me, I Became more mature with every obstacle that I tried to tackle and I learned that there are many more things you can do with life than the normal things people usually offer. I learned that there are people who are willing to try and help me figure out a dream. I found that there are people that will support my decisions even if they are stupid and risky.
I still have not found what my life really is about, but having people be there for you and supporting gives you a push to never give up on the world. Also you would not figure out what your meaning life is until you go through it and see if for yourself.
Life is basically more meaningful once you get older and more enjoyable once you have experienced and faced obstacles that will challenge your strength. And one should not give up on life because one’s description of life does not meet the criteria of another, you should define what life means that holds true for you and not let anybody tell you otherwise.
I want to challenge you and ask your opinion of what the description of life is or is the definition of life just one definition?
